|
Kier Building Maintenance Leeds is an operational division of Kier Building Maintenance North and is based in the city of Leeds.
KBM Leeds is currently in the second year of a five year contract with Leeds City Council (with options to extend a further 5 years) to provide a repairs and maintenance service for two Leeds ALMOs – Leeds North West Homes and Aire Valley Homes.
Sharing a head office at Navigation House in South Leeds, KBM Leeds operates from two depots located at Kirkstall Road in the north of the City and National Road, Hunslet in the south. The combined operation employs around 200 people and maintains 24,000 properties.
Competencies and capabilities include void properties, responsive repairs, supply chain management, adaptations, refurbishment and programmed works.
