Building Information Modelling (BIM)

BIM (Building Information Modelling) is a collaborative process and a technology toolset which enables lean, accurate, complete information management throughout an asset's lifecycle.

The BIM process is applicable from concept design through to construction, operation and eventually decommissioning/demolition. BIM is enabling the paradigm shift from analogue to digital transactions in the construction industry, allowing efficiencies and better outcomes to be realised for all involved.

At Kier we are well placed to respond to client BIM and asset requirements. We are an established team, driving the adoption and implementation of BIM on projects across a variety of different sectors and values
