Partnership Homes is the newly restructured division of the Kier Group which merges our social housing contracting business with our consolidated private house building company (formerly Kier Homes) into Kier Partnership Homes at its new head office, Lysander House, in Tempsford, Bedfordshire.
The private housing arm, which incorporates the former Allison Homes, Bellwinch Homes, Kier Homes Scotland, Kier Homes Northern and Twigden Homes, seeks to ensure the highest possible standards of quality, value and presentation from initial design through to construction and after-sales care. We offer a broad spectrum of new homes, from one-bedroom apartments to luxury five-bedroom homes.
The social/affordable homes side of the business works with housing association and local authority clients to build social & affordable housing to the highest quality, on time and within budget. It continues to apply its expertise to many brownfield and regeneration schemes in the social housing market. |
