As the private housing division of the Kier Group, Kier Residential seeks to ensure the highest possible standards of quality, value and presentation from staff, suppliers and subcontractors when delivering houses to customers.
Kier Residential was formed in 1998 and is the holding company of five residential building companies, all offering houses to suit the needs of individual clients – Twigden Homes covers the central core of the country, Bellwinch Homes covers the Home Counties, Kier Homes covers Scotland, Allison Homes covers eastern England and Hugh Bourn Homes covers Lincolnshire.
