Launched in October 2007, Kier Building Maintenance (KBM) Sefton is working in partnership with One Vision Housing to deliver the modernisation of over 11,000 homes in the borough of Sefton, Merseyside.
Going forward from April 2009, the contents of work include the refurbishment of 13 high rise blocks including an additional two floors of ‘penthouse’ flats and full height extensions to seven of these buildings. This framework agreement is due for completion in 2012.
