Kier Building Maintenance in East London maintains more than 16,000 properties through contracts with Ascham Homes and Newlon Housing Trust.
Since September 2005, the East London office has managed a full partnering agreement based on a TPC (term partnering contract) with Ascham Homes - ALMO of the London Borough of Waltham Forest.
KBM East London also manages a bespoke partnering agreement with Newlon Housing Trust for the repairs and maintenance of their housing stock.
In January 2006, KBM launched its First Start programme on the Ascham Homes contract and successfully gave 11 youngsters the chance to experience working in the building maintenance industry.
