|
Kier Building Maintenance (KBM) will deliver repairs and maintenance and improvement works to 10,000 properties in the Park and Riverside areas of the city on behalf of Hull City Council.
Working alongside Connaught Partnerships Ltd and the council’s new controlled company Kingstown Works Ltd, the initial contract will run for five years, with a possible extension of up to ten years.
KBM will carry out responsive repairs, empty property repairs, adaptation work and planned maintenance including the Hull Decent Homes works.
Kier aims to add value for the community by offering local training and employment opportunities for local people, and over time, contribute to the wider regeneration of Hull.
