| A group of Kier directors were thrown in at the deep end in Norwich recently when they were given just 30 hours to plan, cater for and deliver a banquet at The Assembly House to raise money for local charity East Anglia Children’s Hospice (EACH). Guests were treated to a four-course gourmet meal with entertainment before being asked to pay what they thought the evening was worth, in the style of the Hell’s Kitchen TV show. |

| Kier Construction is using two of the biggest cranes in Carlisle to help build the new Richard Rose Central Academy. The cranes - a Potain and a Liebherr – were supplied by Kier Plant and are 34m and 24m high with a 55m radius. |
