Our teams are located in a number of offices across the region including central London, Loughton, Maple Cross, Crawley, Guildford, Aylesford, Solent and Rushden.
We pride ourselves in providing a market leading service and a high quality, award winning, final product as showcased in all our projects including: 10 Lewis Cubitt Square, 80 Grosvenor Street, Greenwood Centre, Addington Valley Academy, Millstream Tower, Ebbsfleet Green Primary School, Springhead Park Primary School and HMP Five Wells.
We understand and support our local communities, leaving lasting legacies in the areas we work and live. We are playing a key role in modernising the sector, through early engagement with our local and national supply chain partners, supporting skills, and building a progressive and diverse workforce.
"We have the skills and resources available to provide a client focused service that delivers high quality construction projects in a safe, professional and sustainable manner.
We have an extensive portfolio of projects in the Custodial, Heath & Science, Education, Defence, Commercial and Residential Sectors. 78% percent of our work is from repeat customers which is a testament to the quality of work and value we deliver for our clients.
Our focus on improved productivity is underpinned by Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), delivering digitally enabled projects throughout every stage of the project lifecycle. Our “engage, design, procure, manufacture, assemble, and operate” model underpins our unique role as an integrator and strategic partner. Being close to the communities we operate in, we are committed to having a positive economic, social and environmental impact; and our targeted carbon strategy is based on getting to net zero as quickly as possible, whilst avoiding unnecessary offsetting."
