Where we work

Our London, South & Strategic Projects business operate in both the private and public sectors across four key hubs: London, South East, South West and Strategic Projects, which include all our projects over £100m.

We have over 600 team members working across Southern England from Dorset to Kent, Greater London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire. Our teams are located in a number of offices across the region including central London, Loughton, Maple Cross, Crawley, Guildford, Aylesford, Solent and Rushden.

We pride ourselves in providing a market leading service and a high quality, award winning, final product as showcased in all our projects including: 10 Lewis Cubitt Square, 80 Grosvenor Street, Greenwood Centre, Addington Valley Academy, Millstream Tower, Ebbsfleet Green Primary School, Springhead Park Primary School and HMP Five Wells.

We understand and support our local communities, leaving lasting legacies in the areas we work and live. We are playing a key role in modernising the sector, through early engagement with our local and national supply chain partners, supporting skills, and building a progressive and diverse workforce.

A mixed-use 12 storey commercial development for tenant Meta, built to CAT A fit-out standard and offering nine floors of flexible office space, a large flexible retail unit plus a 600-seat theatre.

Leaving Lasting Legacies

Project: Luton and Dunstable University Hospital

Client: Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

Making Ground is Kier's entry into employment programme for both serving and ex-prisoners. It is designed to create multiple entry routes into the workplace, and it's our ambition to identify and develop people that want to have a long-lasting and sustainable career in construction.

The project team hosted a Christmas Toy Appeal in December 2021. They donated over 250 toys to Pompey in the Commminity, the charitable arm of Portsmouth Football Club.
