Our teams focus on operational excellence and strong programme delivery while collaborating with clients to find efficiencies and value for money without compromising service or quality.

Repairs

We deliver a full range of reactive maintenance services, everything from day-to-day responsive repairs, emergency repairs and out of hours services, adaptations and voids. We also carry out gas and electrical testing and other compliance services.

We are market leaders in fire safety delivery and cladding projects due to our focus on technical excellence, collaboration and resident engagement.

Leaving lasting local legacies

We deliver our contracts using a variety of direct delivery and sub-contractor labour and where possible, we source this labour from the area local to the contract in order to support regional economies and feed into client objectives. We supplement this local focus through tailored social value activities and our aim is to leave each community we work in better than before we arrived.

Resident engagement

Resident engagement is essential and the responsibility of all staff who are given training and regular project updates to ensure we can deliver a consistent message. We also employ resident liaison officers who are skilled in communicating with our residents and which helps us gain valuable feedback to continue to improve service.
