Information infrastructure

Our integrated management system (IMS) brings together all Kiers' processes and supporting documents in one place. This helps set clear expectations and provides easy access to up-to-date information for all of our teams. It also helps us systematically review and collate information to demonstrate improvement, and to achieve and maintain certifications such as ISO.

Being web-based the IMS is readily accessible across the entire group, enabling easy access to up-to-date information for all of our teams. Combining our quality, health and safety and environmental management systems our IMS is certified to the following standards:
