CAN I MANAGE MY SHAREHOLDING ONLINE?

If you have not already done so, you can register with Link Asset Services to gain access to the share portal by visiting www.signalshares.com. There you can view your shareholding and its estimated value, see transactions on your account, view dividend payments, update your address or apply to have dividends paid directly to your bank account.

I HAVE RECENTLY CHANGED NAME – WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Write to Link Asset Services (stating that you are a Kier shareholder) at the address set out above, enclosing an original document evidencing the change of name. Don't forget to include your Share Certificate(s) for alteration too. If you have divorced and wish to revert to your maiden name, please send the original Decree Absolute and your Birth Certificate/Marriage Certificate along with your Share Certificates for alteration.

I HAVE RECEIVED TWO INTERIM DIVIDEND CHEQUES FOR THE KIER GROUP PLC 2018 DIVIDEND

Link Asset Services, registrars for Kier Group plc have advised that due to an administration error at the printers, Capita Intelligent Communications, shareholders may have received two identical cheques in relation to the Kier Group plc interim dividend for the six months ended 31 December 2017.

We have therefore cancelled both cheques and ask that these are destroyed. Shareholders who have already presented for payment one or both cheques to their bank, will have the cheques returned by their bank in due course.

Replacement cheques and dividend stationery were issued to shareholders during the week commencing Monday, 21 May 2018.

Alternatively you can complete a dividend mandate form and return it to Link Asset Services at the address set out above. A dividend mandate form is available from www.linkassetservices.com. You will still receive a confirmation of your dividend by post to your registered address so that you know how much money has been paid into your account.

I HAVE LOST MY DIVIDEND CHEQUES, CAN I GET REPLACEMENTS?

Please contact Link Asset Services who will be able to assist you in obtaining a replacement cheque. Please note that Link Asset Services may charge an administration fee for cheques over £50.

CAN I RECEIVE MY DIVIDENDS AS SHARES INSTEAD OF CASH?

Yes, Kier Group plc usually offers a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (‘DRIP’). The DRIP is administered by Link Asset Services and provides you with the opportunity to reinvest your dividend payments to purchase additional ordinary shares in the Company. If you choose to join the DRIP, Link Asset Services will use the cash dividend payment to which you are entitled to purchase additional ordinary shares in the Company on your behalf as soon as practicable after the dividend payment date.
