Kier, a leading provider of construction and infrastructure services, has successfully been appointed to Camden Council’s new £620m Property Works framework. The framework will run for four years and comprises of seven Lots.

Kier has secured its place on two Lots; Lot one which is general building improvement works which covers compliance, internal works and external works and Lot 3 which is for fire safety improvement and upgrade works.

Mark Whittaker, managing director of Kier Specialist Services, states: “We are pleased to have been appointed by Camden Council to its new Property Works framework. The skills and expertise we have within Kier, as well as our trusted supply chain, means we are well placed to support Camden Council with its important upgrade and maintenance work.”

This latest win supports Kier’s position as a leading provider of fire safety improvement and general building works having carried out works for a range of local authorities and housing associations, including The Hyde Group, London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, One Housing Group and Leeds City Council.
