The Challenge:
Located in Wakefield, Europort is an established location at J31 of the M62. Regarded as a flagship industrial and warehouse development offering high quality buildings in a highly accessible and strategic motorway location.
This location also benefits from European rail freight access through the Europort freight terminal, ready access to the deep water ports of Goole and Hull and five international airports within a one hour drive.

The Solution:
In March 2019, the development was let to CMS Distribution, a specialist business and consumer technologies distributor, demonstrating that actively in the industrial sector remains strong.

The Impact:
By moving to Winsford CMS Distribution is connecting the best technologies to the smartest customers. Operating as trade only, selling to over 3,000 business to business and business to consumer reseller partners. CMS employs 350 people across twelve sites in the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Sweden, Spain, Australia, China and the US.
CMS Distribution helps IT vendors and channel partners grow their business, by taking emerging technologies to market whilst growing established brands using a range of value added services.
