Core Benefits

Annual Leave
Holiday entitlement for full-time employees is 26 days plus public holiday and increases with length of service. Entitlement is pro-rated for part-time employees and those joining part way through the holiday year (1 December to 30 November).


Pension
You will be auto-enrolled in the Kier Retirement Savings Plan (KRSP), our defined contribution pension plan. You must contribute at least 4% of your salary and Kier will pay matching contributions on a 1:1 basis up to a maximum of 7.5% of your salary.
Life Assurance
Membership of the KRSP pension scheme also provides lump sum life cover of four times your basic salary. If you don’t participate in the KRSP, life cover will be one times your basic salary.
Professional Subscriptions
Kier will reimburse one professional membership fee per annum to help support your professional development.
Green Car Scheme
A competitive, fixed cost, all-inclusive package to purchase ultra-low emissions vehicles. Available to all employees who have completed their probationary period and earning at least £21,500 a year.
Referral Scheme
If you know of someone who could work for us then you can receive a discretionary referral payment subject to the scheme rules.
