A spotlight on
Scape National Minor Works
The Scape National Minor Works framework covers the whole of the UK, delivering new build, maintenance and refurbishment projects for public sector clients. Over the last 3 years, we have delivered construction projects and programmes of work, that range from £50k to £4m. These projects typically save eight weeks on traditional procurement routes, with 95% delivered on time and 100% on budget utilising the NEC construction contracts that promote partnering and collaboration.
In addition, our regional offices work collaboratively with their local community and supply chain to provide work experience, apprenticeship opportunities and wider social impact.
Procure21+ and Procure22
As a Principal Supply Chain Partner chosen to deliver healthcare facilities for NHS clients through the ProCure21+ framework we have worked on more than 70 schemes in six years. These range from backlog maintenance to major hospital redevelopments including New Health and Wellbeing Centre for Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in Corby to redeveloped Emergency Department for Countess of Chester Hospital.
With the introduction of Procure22 we continue to develop solutions to meet the needs of patients and service users with projects ranging from master planning and backlog maintenance to major hospital redevelopments.
Southern Construction Framework
Since the Southern Construction Framework was set up in 2015 to provide the procurement needs for public sector organisations we have delivered design & build and refurbishment projects set to total £200m by the end of the four year framework. We work collaboratively with clients to understand their needs.
Our own structure of local delivery alongside regional and central management supports the aims of the framework in keeping the funding within the immediate project area and supporting SMEs and local investment, while also providing a regional and national management structure that promotes the sharing of best practice and innovation.
ESFA Contruction Framework
We deliver new and refurbished schools and learning environments throughout England as a chosen provider to the Construction Framework, the Department for Education's mechanism for procuring schools (operated by the Education and Skills Funding Agency).
Through our understanding of the unique challenges facing this sector and how they are affected by the changing political and economic landscape our dedicated education teams are able to ensure the schools we build today have the flexibility to meet the challenges of the future.

Every project we deliver is an opportunity for us to bring our unique thinking to solve problems, innovate and collaborate with our clients and beyond.
