ProCure is a Construction Procurement Framework administrated by the Department of Health & Social Care for the development and delivery of NHS and Social Care capital schemes in England. The Framework can be used by the NHS, Social Care and Third Sector clients.

ProCure provides the NHS with the tools to deliver improved estate performance, supporting the improvement of clinical outcomes while lowering construction and maintenance costs. The Framework continues to support the NHS to masterplan their estate reconfigurations, carry out extensive maintenance and refurbishment programmes and deliver small and major capital construction work.

Principal Supply Chain Partner and Teams

Since 2003, we have been 1 of 6 Principle Supply Chain Partners (PSCP) operating on the ProCure Frameworks through 3 iterations. As PSCP, we are selected through a 4 week fast-track procurement process to partner with either the NHS or Social Care client to develop the project from their chosen stage (ie. Masterplanning, Strategical Outline Case, Outline Business Case or Full Business Case).

Through the framework, we have a number of design and construction healthcare professionals committed to working with us to provide a fully comprehensive design and construction service. These includes architects, healthcare planners, cost advisors, M&E Design and Installation Engineers and Civil & Structural Engineers known as Primary Supply Chain Members. As one fully integrated team, we will provide a coordinated design from RIBA stage 0 to in use, cost validations, feasibility and buildability expertise, project management and delivery.

These teams are also supported by pre-approved supply chain members from across the country, ensuring competitiveness and value for money is maintained, through effective price benchmarking and cost targeting.
