Unlike other partnerships, this Joint Venture is for multiple sites rather than a single-site partnership.
Kier Living and the Together Housing Group have started work on their first scheme, the Stonegate development. Three additional schemes in Yorkshire, providing over 520 new homes, including over 200 new affordable homes are being progressed through planning.
The Stonegate development will see 113 new homes providing a range of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom properties, all marketed under the Kier Living brand. The development is in an area of high property demand, with the initial release of 20 units all reserved before the first units were even completed. The development has generated great interest, with further reservations on the next section of the development received before commencement.
