We have expertise in industrial development from trade-counter units to large logistics warehousing, data centers and manufacturing facilities, including working on live sites. We work across the UK in all asset classes, bringing our skills and expertise to blend tried and trusted experience with new ways of doing things that deliver successful projects of all scales and types.
Our warehouses range from small buildings to the big-box facilities. We’re currently working on our largest scheme in recent times - one million sq ft in Wixams, Bedfordshire for developer’s UK Land and Property. Through our Trade City and Logistics City development brands we have developed over 3.7 million sq ft of space across the UK.
We are innovative in overcoming customer problems. During a design, build and fit-out programme for GKN Aerospace, we re-phased the works and were able to work on two different areas at once, reducing the build timeframe by 15 weeks.
While the ever-increasing use of online shopping is creating new types of industrial buildings, we also still work with clients in the more traditional area of manufacturing. We are currently building a major extension to the Müller Dairies production facility in Telford. The scheme will enable the company to significantly increase production and make it one of the most advanced dairy facilities in Europe.
We have a strong track record of overcoming the challenges presented by data centre construction. While being fairly straightforward on the outside, these buildings have complicated mechanical and electrical installations, we understand the importance and complexities of these fit outs and are able to resource each project accordingly.
