A message for Recruitment Agencies
Kier Group makes every effort to source and hire its staff through direct recruitment methods. Employment opportunities at Kier are managed by our Internal Recruitment & HR team.
Kier do not accept unsolicited CVs from any source other than from the candidates themselves and do not accept unsolicited communications from external recruiters.
Kier maintain & utilise a Preferred Supplier List (PSL). An agency or independent recruiter must have a current, signed agreement, and an invite to supply candidates for a specific position with Kier before presenting candidates and must be presented to the Recruitment team through the Careers Portal. Submission of unsolicited CVs without a signed agreement, a valid invite to recruit from the Recruitment team, and without a submission using our recruitment portal will not create an obligation on the part of Kier to pay a fee of any kind.
If there is a specific business need, a Recruitment team member will engage external recruiters on our PSL directly. Please do not speculatively contact other Kier employees.
