All you need to know about Passivhaus design
We have over ten years' experience delivering Passivhaus projects and right now, we are currently on site in Exeter delivering the UK's first Passivhaus leisure centre, St Sidwell's Point.
Building to a Passivhaus standard requires meticulous attention to detail in design and construction and working with our supply chain partners, we are proud to be supporting the ambitions of our clients of providing low energy buildings which offer occupants optimal comfort and low energy bills.

Ponteland School & Leisure Centre features a 420-place primary school and a 1,600-place secondary school, a state-of-the-art leisure centre with swimming pools, aqua play, spa, gym, climbing walls, dance studios, soft play zone, a 3G sports pitch, bar, cafés, library and a new community fire station.
