The principles of the new Procurement Act 2023, which became legislation almost 100 days ago, provides a clear vision and structure for how procurement stakeholders should be managing this critical element of estate construction and management. The Procurement Act will play a vital role in streamlining and improving how procurement is conducted, while continuing to ensure that public funds are managed well.
In this discussion and Q&A session, we will explore the new legislation and its impact on clients, contractors, and the supply chain, 85 days since it came into law. What are the challenges? What are the opportunities? And how is it being implemented?
