Where we work
Our North & Scotland regional building business operates across the North of England including the North East, North West, Yorkshire and the Humber, North Wales, and Scotland.
Our local teams are based across seven offices including Aberdeen, Glasgow, Newcastle, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, and Nottingham.
We are proud to deliver vital infrastructure to the region including the award winning First Light Pavilion at Jodrell Bank delivered for the University of Manchester, Aberdeen Music Hall, Ponteland School, Northumberland, NHS Blood and Transport Barnsley and Everards Meadows, Leicestershire.
We work in partnership with our clients and local supply chain partners to leave lasting legacies in the communities in which we work and live.
"Our North & Scotland business unit covers sixty percent of the UK and is managed across three hubs: Northern, North West and Scotland.
Each hub has a local team that works closely with clients focused on their unique and specific requirements. We seek to actively engage with our customers early to provide maximum value. This ranges from providing social value to local communities, to designing low embodied and operational carbon buildings, through to delivering schemes within budgets, by controlling design briefs. Our style is open, honest and trustworthy and as a result the majority of our customers are repeat."
