Our Covid-19 response
During the second national lockdown, the Government has confirmed it is OK for works to continue in people’s homes. We understand that some residents may be anxious about this, so we have produced this short film as a reminder of the steps we are taking to keep everyone safe.
Experts in maintenance and fire safety delivery
Throughout the UK, our teams work in close partnership with housing associations, local authorities and private landlords to deliver planned maintenance, responsive repairs and fire safety contracts.
Each of our projects is tailored to meet the varying needs of clients be that value for money, exceptional customer service or social value, whilst never compromising on site safety for our employees and partners.
Strong operational delivery is underpinned by a dedicated customer experience strategy which ensures the needs of clients, residents, suppliers and employees remain at the heart of all we do. We also develop and implement tailored social value plans for clients, helping to ensure we leave each community we work in better than it was before.
