About the new project:
Kier are delivering a new high specification three story building will consist of a range of small, medium and large offices along with conference rooms and breakout areas. A café will be located on the ground floor area.
Externally there will be car parking spaces along with charging points for electric cars. Cycle shelters will also be built to encourage green travel to work.
Project cost: £11m
Completion date: May 2022
Supporting the community
Kier are committed to working with local, specialist teams to ensure support of the communities in which we work. Kier encourage all sub-contractors to use local labour from the local community to work on the project.
Kier will keep local businesses and shops in the local community up to date with the latest information on the project’s progress. Kier site operatives will help support the local community and dress accordingly when entering shops.
Kier plan to visit local schools, colleges and career fairs in the local community to help and advise those people who would like to have a career in construction.
