Housing Maintenance

Throughout the UK, our teams work in close partnership with housing associations, local authorities and private landlords to deliver planned maintenance, responsive repairs and fire safety contracts.  

Each of our projects is tailored to meet the varying needs of clients be that value for money, exceptional customer service or social value, whilst never compromising on site safety for our employees and partners.

Facilities Management

Our facilities management teams handle the full range of everyday mechanical and electrical engineering and fabric maintenance solutions, with the support of our 24/7/365 customer service centre and an industry-leading asset and scheduling solution. Site-based services teams also provide a full range of soft services including cleaning, grounds maintenance, security and pest control.

Fire Safety

We are market leaders in fire safety delivery and cladding projects through our focus on technical excellence, collaboration and resident engagement.

We deliver a full range of active and passive fire works covering everything from compartmentation and fire stopping through to fire door and sprinkler installations and large-scale recladding projects.
