A wide spectrum
The Scape National framework is available to public sector clients and is designed to deliver construction and refurbishment projects from £50k to £4m, together with wider programmes of works.
With services deployed through a network of 14 regional offices and extensive local supply chain, our team is committed to delivering excellent levels of service and value to clients.
Scape actively performance manages the National framework, ensuring that your project is delivered rapidly, efficiently and with social value embedded.
Their people, governance and monitoring systems ensure that your project is delivered to the highest standard and that the local economy receives lasting benefits for years to come.
Early contractor involvement
We provide a free feasibility audit, covering development requirements, budget, project programming and buildability.
The Scape National framework is designed to deliver a ‘no surprises’ journey. The resulting value of this early involvement is critical to shaping the success of the project. Risk is identified early, options are considered, and mitigation strategies are jointly agreed.
Value for money
Through the Scape National framework we provide value for money to our clients as each project is 100% market tested.
The framework was competitively tendered through an OJEU compliant process for a direct award, to establish rates for core staff, site set-up, together with overheads and profit for each project. These rates are fixed for the term of the framework, this means that our clients receive protection from rising market conditions.
Remaining project costs are sub-contracted work packages, tendered on an open-book basis to a managed locally sourced supply chain. A minimum of three quotations are presented for each works package as standard.
This methodology ensures that competitiveness and value for money is maintained, through effective price benchmarking and cost targeting.
We believe that corporate social responsibility starts with running a safe, sustainable, efficient and profitable business, so that we can share wider benefits within the communities in which we operate. This means working in a responsible way, respecting our people and supply chain, making safety and protecting the environment a priority. It also means being a good neighbour and helping our customers and their communities by supporting local supply chains, community initiatives and good causes.
Our social impact strategy – Shaping our Communities defines and directs our commitment to play a positive role within the communities where we operate. This not only supports our clients in the delivery of their ambitions and targets, but also enables our workforce to positively impact upon the communities where they live and work.
Through this framework, we have…
