Highlights and strategic progress
As I reflect on my first months as Chief Executive, I am more confident than ever in Kier's future. Our strong foundations, disciplined approach and leading positions in essential infrastructure markets continue to provide a firm platform from which to grow and create lasting value for all our stakeholders.
FY26 represented a year of strong performance and demonstrated our ability to continue to perform consistently.
We delivered FY26 revenue and profit growth in the face of a challenging external environment and continued to strengthen our financial position, achieving an average net cash position for the first time in over a decade. We also saw further improvements in both employee engagement and customer satisfaction.
