Keeping you informed

We will send out regular site newsletters to keep you up to date on the latest project news, progress and important arrangements.

Please view our latest newsletters and updates.

Sustainably built

The building has been designed to meet the Passivhaus Institute’s Low Energy Building Standard. It will create a high level of occupant comfort whilst using very little energy based on the core Passivhaus principles of airtight construction, enhanced insulation, the omission of thermal bridging and a constant supply of fresh air. This specific design also includes green space with sports and leisure facilities open for community use after school hours.

Supporting the community

As with all projects, we are committed to supporting local communities by working with local specialist teams and supply chain partners.

We are currently posting vacancies for site operatives on Workflow – a recruiting platform focused of employment within Tower Hamlets.

The local community will be kept up to date on the scheme and upcoming works by receiving newsletters. Should there be a need for any 'out of hours' works the local community will be notified with additional letters.

This web page will be regularly updated including details of planned works.
