We help to regenerate the UK by unlocking land and investment through strategic public and private joint ventures to deliver communities for the future.

Residential Regeneration

Developing and investing in sites to unlock land and the potential of brownfield sites, we breathe new life into communities to improve people’s day-to-day lives. Through our residential joint ventures with Network Rail (Solum), Mole Valley District Council, Watford Borough Council, Countryside Partnerships and Housing Growth Partnerships (HGP), we are developing over 4,500 homes, including more than 1,000 affordable homes.

One example is Kier Property's joint venture with Network Rail, Solum, where we attract private investment into the rail network through the development of underutilised Network Rail land, creating unique destinations at busy transport hubs.

Industrial and Logistics

Whether directly or through joint ventures, we fund and increase investment in industrial developments and last-mile logistic facilities to the highest specification and with strong environmental standards, targeting a minimum EPC rating of A and BREEAM Excellent certification.

Through active asset management and developing vacant plots, we work with local authorities to unlock potential. Working in partnership with Test Valley Borough Council, we have supported its aim to regenerate a core area of Andover and stimulate economic development and local job creation.
