Dan Andrews, director of Kier Places Workplace Solutions, said:
The facilities management sector is on the cusp of significant change. The pace of technological advancement over the last year alone points to an exciting future, and that creates a real opportunity for Kier. The business is in a strong position to combine the scale, infrastructure and credibility of a major plc with the agility to adapt, innovate and move quickly. As a business, we’re in the right place at the right time and investing in the right areas - particularly in technology and our people. There’s a genuine opportunity to make better use of data, redefine roles, and build the training programmes needed for future delivery, and I’m looking forward to leading the business into this exciting next stage.
