The Challenge:
The partnership will deliver the phased scheme over a proposed five year period, creating an extension to the new core business district (CBD). The buildings will offer 500,000 sq ft of commercial employment use.
The site covers 1.6 ha and is a two minute walk from Moorfield Station and a five minute walk from the city’s retail and leisure quarters.

The Solution:
Engagement has taken place and feedback from this process has been carefully considered and has assisted in shaping the master-plan to regenerate the site to the rear of Exchange Station.
Pall Mall is significantly important for the city as it is expected to attract considerable inward investment and create 1,800 jobs. It is also addressing the current under-supply of Grade A office space, which is impacting on the city as businesses with large office requirements are currently forced to look elsewhere.

The Impact:
Remediation works have completed at the site, and planning approval has been awarded. We are expected to start on site on the first phase of the master-plan in 2021, which will be the regeneration of the Pall Mall NCP car park area.
" We are delighted to announce that the Pall Mall hotel receives full planning consent. This news, is another great milestone for the Pall Mall development situated in the heart of Liverpool’s Commercial Business District and it comes at a crucial time in the site regeneration "Leigh Thomas managing director Kier Property
