Kier has been named winner of the Diversity and Inclusion Excellence – 10 Year Anniversary Award at the Construction News Awards 2026, one of the construction industry's most prestigious awards ceremonies.
The award recognises Kier's authentic commitment to creating a more equitable and inclusive workplace and highlights the progress made in embedding inclusion across the business.
The judges specifically recognised Kier's inclusive recruitment practices, visible leadership commitment and the impact of its Expect Respect programme. Their feedback reflected the collective views of the judging panel and acknowledged the sustained effort being made to create a culture where everyone feels valued, respected and able to thrive.
