Transportation

We design, build and maintain infrastructure for the highways, rail, aviation and ports sectors, with a common goal of connecting people.

We provide design, build and maintenance solutions to protect the UK’s essential services and assets. Working across the water, nuclear and other decarbonised energy, environmental and waterways sectors, we provide sustainable and safe solutions for our clients and customers whilst protecting and restoring natural habitats.
Our collaborative and focused approach allows our people and supply chain to deliver highly complex major infrastructure, routine maintenance and emergency activities, together with total mechanical and electrical and civil engineering projects.

We are a leading UK national contractor delivering projects of all sizes and complexities in the public and private sectors, including education, healthcare, defence and justice and borders. We design and deliver buildings that are key to the UK’s infrastructure – from hospitals and treatment centres, to schools, leisure centres and prisons. Construction comprises our Regional Building, Strategic Projects, Kier Places and International businesses and we operate across all regions– London & Southern, Western & Wales, Eastern & Midlands and North & Scotland.

Kier Property invests in and develops sites across the UK – acting as a mixed-use commercial and residential developer specialising in urban regeneration, last mile logistics and modern sustainable office developments.
